Mrs Awa Zoure Nonkane prepares a syrup made from hibiscus flowers that she mixes with sugar, then dries and packages for sale. When the mixture is added to hot water it makes a sweet hibiscus juice. "I started out small but I refined my technique and my daughter helps me part-time, so now Ive really grown. |
