Rome, 15 February 2022 – IFAD, through its Private Sector Financing Programme (PSFP), is in a unique position to act as a catalyst, convenor and aggregator for IFIs, MDBs, DFIs and private capital for investments in agriculture climate adaptation and mitigation, with its unique focus on rural development and agriculture and network of partner financial institutions in our Member States. The panel discussion will explore how to mobilize private investment in climate adaptation and mitigation in agriculture through blended financing vehicles and risk mitigation.
