Paris, France, 2023-12-14. Member States representatives participate in a reception hosted by IFAD at the end of the first day of the fourth session of IFAD13 Consultation. Co-hosted by France and Angola, consultations culminated in a two-day pledging session in Paris calling for increased investments in small-scale farmers and rural people across developing countries to tackle poverty, hunger and the climate crisis.
