| Description: | Paris, France, 2023-12-14. Member States representatives participate in a reception hosted by IFAD at the end of the first day of the fourth session of IFAD13 Consultation. IFAD leaders and Heads of delegation, inter alia Lamia BEN REDOUANE for Algeria and Donal Brown, Associate Vice-President at IFAD, are posing next to a IFAD poster lauding women in rural sectors. Co-hosted by France and Angola, consultations culminated in a two-day pledging session in Paris calling for increased investments in small-scale farmers and rural people across developing countries to tackle poverty, hunger and the climate crisis.
