During the second day of the fourth session of IFAD consultation for the 13th replenisment in Paris, Sabrina Dhowre Elba, the UN Goodwill Ambassador for IFAD, is asking through a video conference to several farmers across the world, notably Fatima Amaguar, member of the IFAD Grassroots Alliance (speaker) from Morocco to explain to Member States their high expectations from IFAD support to tackle poverty, hunger and the climate crisis.
