During the second day of the fourth session of IFAD consultation for the 13th replenisment in Paris, Sabrina Dhowre Elba, the UN Goodwill Ambassador for IFAD, is asking through a video conference to several farmers across the world, notably Ansaf Al Rifao, Project Beneficiary from Jordan who is working as a seamstress (speaker) to explain to Member States their high expectations from IFAD support to tackle poverty, hunger and the climate crisis.
