| Description: | Paris, France, 2023-12-15. Maria Elena Chavez Hertig, Chief Member States Liaison and Protocol at IFAD, is welcoming Henri OKEMBA, Congo's Ambassador to UN agencies in Rome, participating in the fourth session of IFAD consultation for the 13th replenisment that is held in Pierre Mendès Conference Centre of French Ministry of Economy and Finance in Paris. Co-hosted by France and Angola, consultations culminated in a two-day pledging session in Paris calling for increased investments in small-scale farmers and rural people across developing countries to tackle poverty, hunger and the climate crisis.
