Paris, France, 2023-12-15. IFAD Member States representatives, notably (from right to left) Claudia González Toledo for Cuba, Mette LA COUR FREDERIKSEN for Denmark, and Nelly El ORABI for Egypt, announce their pledge during the fourth session of IFAD consultation for the 13th replenisment held in Pierre Mendès Conference Centre of French Ministry of Economy and Finance in Paris. Co-hosted by France and Angola, consultations culminated in a two-day pledging session in Paris calling for increased investments in small-scale farmers and rural people across developing countries to tackle poverty, hunger and the climate crisis.
