LI Hongxia Deputy Director-General International Economic and Financial Cooperation Department Ministry of Finance of China announces China's pledge during the fourth session of IFAD consultation for the 13th replenisment held in Pierre Mendès Conference Centre of French Ministry of Economy and Finance in Paris. Next to her sits Peter MACDOUGALL Assistant Deputy Minister Global Issues and Development Branch Global Affairs Canada. Co-hosted by France and Angola, consultations culminated in a two-day pledging session in Paris calling for increased investments in small-scale farmers and rural people across developing countries to tackle poverty, hunger and the climate crisis.
