An ice box supplied by the project in Tamil Nadu. The project has provided training in fish handling, ice boxes, nets and cutting knives to the local fishermen. The area was heavily affected by the Tsunami of 26 December 2004. After the tsunami, their boats and nets were destroyed and it took five months for the fishermen to be able to take up their fishing activities.
