The third event in the Asia and the Pacific learning series, it provided a platform to explore common issues such as how policies can enable innovations, promote rural entrepreneurship and help smallholder farmers and fishers to adapt to climate change. The event was also an opportunity to showcase best practises and identify goalposts for IFAD-driven policy dialogue. All sessions were IFAD staff lead and provided a platform for information sharing and discussion.
