Now that her youngest child is in school, she has time to work at the cooperative which for her moblizes her to socialize with others outside the home. The IFAD-funded Rural Sustainable Development Project in the Semi-arid Region of Bahia (Pro-Semiárido) has been working together with the Kiriri people to allow them to use their traditional knowledge and traditions as a foundation upon which to build their livelihoods. |
