Farmer Ahmad Helalat started receiving water from the Wadi Mousa Waste Water Treatment Plant, three months ago. "Now it is much easier than waiting for rainfall". He grows alfalfa, wheat, barley and fodder for his animals. "I am much happier now".
IFAD-supported projects emphasize better use of soil and water resources in addition to improving resource management practices focused particularly on environmental conservation.
