I’m a farmer, I grow potatoes and maize in my 3 acres land, I also keep pigs, goats and chickens. I sell my products to middlemen who come to my village. I’m one of the 90 member of the Kalila cooperative, we share knowledge about fertilisers, diseases and seeds selections. I’m not currently earning enough money for the needs of my family, I hope things will be better working in the cooperative. For my children I hope they can have a good education so they don’t have to be farmers like me. |
