Between 1970 and 1995, per capita income fell by 40 per cent while the population doubled. The Upper Mandraré Basin Development Project works with rural communities in order to rehabilitate rural infrastructure systems, particularly in terms of roads and irrigation systems. Amboasary District is located in Tsivory Council, Tsivory Ambalakininina Village, Madagascar. |
