Caws eating during the milking process, caws are nourished during the milking process. Kalifa Ben Zayed 47 years old, received IFAD funds in 2013 since then he menage to build up big barn that host 35 cows, Khalifa employ 6 people that are working in the barn cleaning and taking care of the livestock, they are producing between 450 and 600 litters of milk a day and menage to make about 80 kg of cheese daily. The milk produced by the 26 local farmers is delivered and stocked into refrigerate still tanks by each farmer at Klifa's place every morning (The milk stock facilities was made with the funds of IFAD), later in the day the milk is transported and delivered to the nearest cities milk banks. The 'Socìetè mutuelle de services auricles' funded by IFAD with the objective to reduce rural poverty and improve living conditions, most of all improving rangeland management and productivity, and improving farming system.
