Mbarka Ayeb 43 years old, participate to the
Agropastoral Development and Local Initiatives Promotion Programme formation course organised by IFAD in 2015 and in 2016, she receive the financier support in 2009. Mbarka today cultivate: dates, olives, pomegranate and peach with the help of her mother and sister in law. Last year they produced 600 kilograms of oil, 3 tones of dates, Mbarka says that they earned 3 million TDN only with the peach production last year. Mbarka mentioned that since she joined the project their life conditions have improved and that part of last year earnings they used to renovate the house. (© Alfredo D'Amato)
