Along the way, the fortune of his business turned bad and agriculture became a solution to his livelihood; thank to his uncle a successful farmer who also motivated him to focus more on farming.With his first ASF loan of 20, 000 CFA and monetary support from his wife he was able to set up his farm. Today he has taken a loan of 5million that he is using to expand his farm by acquiring more lands and hiring workers for cultivating the lands to plant more crops. He has also diversify producing sachets of pure water in his town and bought a car for distribution of the water.ASF do visit Zocli know how his business is fairing and give the necessary advice. For instance, in one the ASF team advised him to go into orange as a complement to his oil palm because both crops have different harvest seasons and the orange his less tedious to cultivate.He is thankful to ASF because with without them he could have been in the darkness and would request ASF reduce their interest rate. |
