Bhuiyar Khal Bridge, at Char Nangulia, Hatiya. It is part of the 4 bridges that were constructed by the LGED Ministry as part of the climate change resilient infrastructure, under supervision of CDSP IV, which is the fourth phase in a series of projects that have been developing newly accreted land (chars) in the coastal areas of Bangladesh since 2011. It is co-financed by the Government of Bangladesh, the Government of the Netherlands and the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD). The projected protection belt estimated by the Bangladesh Water Development Board against climate change for khals was 127km.
