| Description: | Ms. Tran Thi Cuong, a 38-year-old mother of two daughters is also one of the members of the SRDP project supported community goat farming group in Son Thuy village, Cao Quang commune, Tuyen Hoa district, central Vietnam, November 7, 2017. For a full-time job, she is a farmer of maize, sweet potato and cattle food struggling to help lead the survival of their family together with her husband who is also a farmer. But when the IFAD-funded SRDP project helped create the community goat farming group in her village, she began to have another part-time job which is to participate with the group in looking after the goats. The group is waiting until there are enough number of the goats to sell and when they do, Tran Thi Cuong hopes to reinvest the money to buy more goats and expand the business. When asked what she would do with the money she gains from this in the long-run, "Of course our family needs more income for our daily-life and survivals but one of my daughter is now studing at secondary school and I want to send her for higher education in the future.
