She cultivates 10 feddans (2,5 hectares) with sesame and sorghum using new tecniques learned from the training she received by SUSTAIN project. “The first year when I harvested with the increased income I bought a small shop, and dishes and glasses for the house” She took a loan from ABSUMI rural finance group for 2 sheeps and training in animal fatting tecnique. Given the success of this activity she could buy other animals and currently she owns 9 sheeps. In the future she want expand her shop, buy a refrigerator, have more animals and send her 5 children to school. |
