16 year old Angaha, 'Eua residents Salome Vea (Hand on right) and Sifa Hafoka (Hand on left) hand paint traditional kupesi designs onto ngatu in the Angaha Community Hall. Ngatu, also known as tapa in other parts of Polynesia, is a type of cloth made from the pounded bark of the mulberry tree. Angaha Community Hall recently underwent a renovation as part of Tonga Rural Innovation Project - Phase II.
