COP27 - Climate Change and Healthy Diets: What will we be eating in the future?
Sharm El Sheik, 12 November 2022 - Foods and diets have different emission and resource footprints. Climate change impacts nutrition through decreased food quantity, quality and diversity of food. Innovative and sustainable food systems are needed to respond to the impacts of climate change while increasing productivity, improving diets, including vulnerable groups and sustaining biodiversity.
