Rome, 12 June 2023 – During the IFAD13 consultation, IFAD aims to enhance the participation, voice and representation of the constituencies of its target groups to inform the strategy formulation process among IFAD’s Member States. As part of this endeavour, PMI, ECG, in collaboration with GPR, will be hosting the second informal consultation with the representatives of these groups for the IFAD13 Consultation. This event brings together representatives of the Steering Committee of the Indigenous Peoples’ Forum at IFAD, the Global Steering Committee of the Farmers’ Forum, and the IFAD Grass Roots Approach with Rural Youth, as well as members of national organisations of the three constituencies, and Member States. IFAD will facilitate the event, offering a valuable platform for dialogue on key entry points on opportunities for strengthening partnerships with these stakeholders during the IFAD13 Replenishment cycle. |
