Syrian national, Nermin Qashisha collecting sumac powder to put it in a jar at the restaurant Beit Al-Asilat where she is employed. The restaurant is managed by Nour Omar Muhammad Banat and Hoda Muhammad Issa Balasih. It uses food grown in its garden and Nour's farms and is a source of employment as well.
