Paris, France, 2023-12-15. During the fourth session of IFAD consultation for the 13th replenisment held in Pierre Mendès Conference Centre of French Ministry of Economy and Finance in Paris, Nigeria's delegation led by Aliyu Sabi ABDULLAHI, Minister of State for Agriculture and Food Security Federal Ministry of Agriculture and Food Security of Nigeria is posing. Co-hosted by France and Angola, consultations culminated in a two-day pledging session in Paris calling for increased investments in small-scale farmers and rural people across developing countries to tackle poverty, hunger and the climate crisis.
