Paris, France, 2023-12-14. Member States representatives participate in a reception hosted by IFAD at the end of the first day of the fourth session of IFAD13 Consultation. Heads of delegation, inter alia, Aliyu Sabi ABDULLAHI representative of Nigeria and Yaya O. OLANIRAN Minister Permanent Representative of Nigeria to the United Nations Food and Agriculture Agencies in Rome, are posing. Co-hosted by France and Angola, consultations culminated in a two-day pledging session in Paris calling for increased investments in small-scale farmers and rural people across developing countries to tackle poverty, hunger and the climate crisis.
